Your Payroll was initially set up by KDC in 2006 and was designed for people using direct payments from their local authority to employ their own personal assistants or carers.
In 2014 we began to deliver the payroll service for other charities and voluntary sector organisations and in 2015 we invested in payroll and pensions software to support all of our clients to manage their new legal duties for workplace pensions and auto-enrolment.
The service has been developed as demand increased and our experienced team of payroll professionals now looks after more than 800 clients, processing over 1200 pay slips every month.

Our systems are fully HMRC compliant and we use the very latest software, including providing employees with secure access to pay slips and other communications via portable devices.
