Below you will find links to the forms you must complete to set up a payroll service with us and a short explanation of why we need each.

 

Letter of Engagement for payroll service The letter of engagement sets out the service and terms
New Client Set-up This is the basic information we need for our records

Authorising your Agent forms

These forms allow Your Payroll to act as your agent with HMRC, including online communications.
New Employee Starter The information we need about your employees in order to set them up on payroll and issue payslips.
Direct Debit form This form allows us to collect the fee for the service.  The service cannot be set up without this in place.

Pay Variation Notification

Timesheet

These forms are to notify us of hours worked and any changes and adjustments you wish us to make.  It is recommended to provide accurate timesheets for payroll purposes.
